How we work, in practice · October 2026 (draft) · 3 min

Building while the collection runs

A collection of motorcycle apparel does not wait for a software project. When we built Clarity for REV’IT!, development of the next collection simply carried on. So we built along with it.

Following the client’s rhythm

At REV’IT!, fashion and technology call for a planned workflow towards every new collection. We matched our development rhythm to it. During the development of the upcoming collection we built the software modules sprint by sprint, always one step ahead of the design team.

Every module in use straight away

A finished module went straight into daily practice. Designers, engineers and product managers used it in their real work. What did not work, we saw quickly, and the next sprint picked it up.

That is how Clarity was developed, tested, debugged and connected in close collaboration. Delivered ready to use by a dedicated team of business engineers to an involved group of users.

What it delivers

Clarity saves REV’IT!’s designers 20% of their time. That time goes into design, innovation and comfort. After Clarity came Atlas for product information and the Middleware that makes all systems work together.

When this works

Building along with a running process needs users who make time to test, and a team that understands the process. When both are there, a big design up front is usually unnecessary.

The case REV’IT! · Clarity A PDM system that follows exactly how REV’IT! designs, tests and produces motorcycle apparel. It saves the designers 20% of their time.
